CHILD SAFEGUARDING:
Level 3: either the role holder will have access to personal data about children and/or young people as part of their work; or they will be working in a ‘regulated’ position (accountant, barrister, solicitor, legal executive); therefore, a police check will be required (at ‘standard’ level in the UK or equivalent in other countries).
ROLE PURPOSE: –
The HR Assistant will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment and selection processes, filing proper documentation and; updating and inserting HR data in the database, following up on the renewal of contracts, following up ER administrator, responsible and ensuring the newly hired staff document send it to CO on time and follow up a pension with Government.
