Development Expertise Center (DEC) is a National Civil Society Organization (CSO) aspires to see all marginalized children properly fostered. The organization has four major programe areas; Child Development, Gender and Life Skill Development Skills and Entrepreneurship Development and Lobby and Advocacy. DEC actively works in three National Regional States and one city administration of Ethiopia namely Amhara, Afar and Oromia and Addis Ababa City Administration. DEC would like to recruit on the following position:
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support Logistics Supply Chain, review and prepare all documentation during the procurement process
- Receive and process Procurement Lines (PL) on reception frequencies;
- Provide support in market analysis;
- Ensure best available prices & quality, collect quotations, suppliers references;
- Review and confirm all procurement request before processing;
- Ensure that PL includes all required specifications and supporting documents;
- Update and share the Procurement Follow Up (PFU) on weekly basis through Link,
- Monitor deliveries to the department/bases/programs
