Job Description
Duty and Responsibility
- Serving as the first contact person and the ‘face’ of the Company within the Region
- Build sound customer relationships
- Servicing existing customer base through a planned calling schedule
- Being pro-active in the opening of new accounts to ensure the Company products are available at all new points of consumption
- Resolving customer queries &complaints within the expected time lines
- Be extremely alert to any form of product quality issues / queries that requires immediate report and action
- Promote and sell products/services
- Serves customers by selling products and meeting customer needs
- Submits orders by referring to price lists and product literature
- Monitors competition by gathering current market Price information, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
- Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
- Prepare Tender
Job Requirements
- University degree on Management Information Systems or related subject
- 2 Years of experience in sales & Marketing Management
- Basic computer skill,
- Good communication skill
